Sir,

This memo is submitted for urgent consideration by the National Security Advisor and President Clinton.

​

On October 29th, at approximately 03:33 MST, a convergence anomaly occurred outside Dry Fork, Utah. The Red frequency overtook 1.2 square miles of ranchland, creating visible topographic distortion and spontaneous echo loops.

​

Two civilians were exposed. One remains in an unresponsive state, muttering in reverse Navajo. The other believes he is his own grandfather and shows alleged knowledge of post-2020 political events.

​

We believe this was a momentary burst from a deeper dimensional pocket, possibly connected to previously shuttered Janus Global projects.

​

We advise preemptive security prep around the 1996 election perimeter, specifically in ley-heavy urban centers. We are not implying manipulation—but we are no longer ruling out cross-resonant interference with collective cognition.
