Deputy Director Kirchner,

I’m writing to formally request the reassignment or quarantine of Special Agent Leo Rutledge following his unsanctioned investigation of the so-called "Red Barn Incident" in Holt County, Michigan.

​

Agent Rutledge’s decision to ignore D.C.B. Site orders, tamper with Node-sealing agents, and publicly question the “barn fire” cover story has created an unacceptable risk of contamination—both memetic and legal.

​

We respect the Bureau’s need to protect domestic interests, but the Seethe is not a cartel or domestic terror cell. It is a topological bleed with cognition-binding resonance. Send your agents in without prep, and they bring it back out.

​

This is a matter of metaphysical national security. The D.C.B. holds authority here under Mandate 12.3b.

We are prepared to issue a formal complaint to the Joint Occult Oversight Subcommittee if interference continues. (Read: Janus Global / Telos Holdings involvement probable)
